All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD). At the time of writing, $AUD100 ~ $USD65.
Two registration options are available to suit different preferences:
Residential Registration (accommodation included) includes on-campus accommodation in a private single room with shared bathroom facilities. A limited number of en-suite rooms are also available. All accommodations are within a few minutes’ walking distance of the conference venue. If you have specific requests relating to accommodation (for example, you have family members accompanying you), please email the organisers to discuss.
- En-suite Accommodation for members of AIP or DCMP only: $AUD1100
- Standard (Single room in cottage with shared bathroom) Members of AIP or DCMP: $AUD900
- Standard (Single room in cottage with shared bathroom) Non-members: $AUD1025
- Student/Retiree (Single room in cottage with shared bathroom) Members of AIP or DCMP: $AUD850
- Student/Retiree (Single room in cottage with shared bathroom) Non-members: $AUD975
Off-Campus Registration (no accommodation included) is available for delegates who prefer to stay in local hotels. If you select this registration option, you are responsible for organising your own accommodation and transport to the conference venue each day. Some accommodation options are listed on Booking.com and Visit Wagga Wagga. Further details on transportation options between Wagga Wagga central and the conference venue can be found on the Travel information page.

Social program tickets are also available. These are for accompanying guests who wish only to participate in the social program events of the conference. These include the welcome reception (Monday), Trivia night (Wednesday), the social excursion (Thursday) and the gala dinner (Thursday). If you also wish to attend the Wine Tasting evening on Tuesday 10th February, please select this addition in the registration form.
Note: the social program ticket DOES NOT include any other meals during the conference.
