You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Branch AIP, which will be held at:

6.00 pm on Tuesday the 21st of November 2023

Location: Geoff Opat Lecture Theatre located on Level 6 of the David Caro Building, University of Melbourne.

We have a number of committee members stepping down this year. We invite nominations for the following positions on the committee:

- Branch Chair

- Vice Chair

- Secretary

- Treasurer

- General committee members

Names of the nominated members will be circulated with the meeting details 7 days prior to the AGM.

- Undergraduate Student Representatives

The AIP Victorian branch welcomes representation from undergraduate Student members (Please note that although student representatives are unable to formally participate in branch committee votes the committee values the opinions and contributions of our student members). We will select at most one student representative from each Victorian Institution. If there are more than one nominee from each institution, a secret ballot vote will be held at the AGM.
